NEW WAVE ACADEMY OF MARTIAL ARTS

 ‘OUR AIM IS TO PRODUCE STRONGER, MORE FOCUSED INDIVIDUALS THROUGH THE PRACTICE OF TAE KWON DO AND HAP KI DO!’

In 1995 Alex and Cliff Edwin established New Wave Academy of Martial Arts.  The Academy has two main aims.

• To produce stronger, more focused individuals through the practice of Tae Kwon Do and Hap Ki Do
• To help nurture young role models and leaders of the future.

In the twenty years since its inspection New Wave Academy of Martial Arts has produced Junior Tae Kwon Do Champions in both Sparring and Forms Tournaments.  The Academy’s students have successfully competed at National level and abroad in countries a far afield as: Germany, Holland and the USA.

However, what the Instructors are most proud of, are the lives that they have touched and the perceptions they have changed through Martial Arts Education.

‘Not everyone has the ability to compete at the highest level.  But everyone has the ability to become a stronger, more focused and disciplined individual through the study of Martial Arts and as such, to become the champions of their own lives!’
